Where we work

Across Student

Central Student

Older streets, tighter access and neighbors close by. We work around parking and keep the site small and tidy, which is most of what homeowners here care about.

The newer estates

Newer builds are usually straightforward to get to and quick to quote, so these are the jobs we can often fit in soonest.

Outlying Student

Longer drives and more room to work. We plan these into the day properly rather than squeezing them in, so the crew arrives when we said it would.

Before work starts

Permits & local rules in Student

Local rules vary by street

What is allowed in one part of Student is not always allowed in the next, and the rules change. We check what applies to your address before the work is booked rather than assuming.

Permits, when they are needed

Not every job needs one. When yours does, we tell you at the quote stage, what it is for, who applies for it, and how long it usually adds, instead of discovering it halfway through.
