Tell us what needs doing and we will come out and take a look.
Every basic life support (bls) job starts the same way: we come out, look at what is actually in front of us, and tell you what the work involves before you commit to anything. What moves the price is the size of the job, how easy it is to get to, the condition of what we are working on and the materials you go with, we take you through which of those apply to yours.
We work across Portmore and the greater Kingston area, and homeowners here get the same thing every time: a written price, an agreed date, and a crew that clears up after itself.
For adults, compress the chest at least 5 cm deep, at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute. Let the chest fully recoil between compressions.
Place one pad on the upper right chest and the other on the lower left side. Follow the device's voice prompts and stand clear when it analyses or shocks.

A look at the kind of job we are called out for across Jamaica.

Tell us what is going on. Most homeowners know enough on the phone for us to say what is likely involved.
We come out, see the job properly, and answer whatever you want to ask while we are there.
Scope, timing and cost, written down before anything starts. Take as long as you need to look it over.
Booked for a time that suits you, done to the scope you agreed, and the site left clean.

A time you agreed to is a time we keep. If anything moves, you hear it from us first, most complaints homeowners have about this trade start with a crew that never arrived.
You get the figure before the work starts, not after. Nothing is added to it without you agreeing to the change first.
We protect what we are working around, keep the mess in one place, and take it with us. You should not be able to tell where we set up.
EMT-Emergency Medical TechnicianThe Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Programme is a comprehensive and professionally structured training course designed to prepare participants to function effectively as first responders in both emergency medical and traumatic situations. EMTs serve as the vital link between the scene of an emergency and the healthcare system, delivering immediate life-saving care that often determines patient survival and recovery outcomes. EMTs respond to a wide range of emergencies — including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, diabetic emergencies, shock, hemorrhage, fractures, and other medical or trauma-related incidents. Through systematic assessment and evidence-based interventions, EMTs identify and manage life-threatening conditions affecting airway, breathing, and circulation (the ABCs of life support).View details
