Contact us to arrange a date and time that suits your group. Tell us how many people need training and whether you want a full certification or a refresher.
You practise on manikins, performing compressions, rescue breaths and AED use. Instructors give real-time feedback on your technique, so you build confidence and muscle memory.
You work through realistic scenarios, such as a sudden collapse in a classroom or on a sports field. This helps you apply what you have learned in a pressured situation.
Once you have demonstrated the skills correctly, you receive your certificate. The instructor explains how long it stays valid and what you need to do to renew it.

You do not just watch a video. You kneel, press, breathe and use an AED until the movements feel natural. That repetition is what makes your hands remember when it counts.
Our instructors watch your compressions and rescue breaths and correct you on the spot. They adjust the pace to your group, so everyone leaves confident in their skills.
We train in Portmore and the greater Kingston area, so the scenarios and advice fit our community. You learn what to do in the situations you might actually face here.
